How do I request an import?+
Chat with our assistant on the 'Request Import' page and send the product link or description plus the quantity you need. Our team reviews it and sends you a full quote.
When do I pay?+
You pay nothing until you approve the quote. The quote includes item price + shipping + customs + service fee, with no hidden charges.
How much is shipping from China?+
It varies by weight, size, and shipping type (air/sea/express). Use the import calculator for an initial estimate before sending your request.
Are there customs fees?+
Yes, shipments over 1000 SAR may incur roughly 5% customs fees plus 15% VAT. This is already factored into the quote we send you.
How long does an import take?+
Depends on the shipping type you choose: fast air shipping takes 7-15 days, or slower, cheaper sea shipping for heavier items.
Is your establishment licensed?+
Yes, Farq Pro is officially registered with the Saudi Ministry of Commerce with an active commercial registration.
What if my item doesn't arrive or arrives damaged?+
Contact us right away via WhatsApp or the contact form — we follow up with the supplier to resolve it or refund you.
What products can't you import?+
We don't import narcotics, weapons, commercially counterfeit goods, or food and medicine requiring special permits. For restricted categories, contact us first to check feasibility.
How do I track my order after approval?+
After you approve the quote and pay, we send WhatsApp updates at every stage: product purchase, shipping from China, arrival in Riyadh, and final delivery to you.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept bank transfer to the establishment's account, Mada, and STC Pay. All amounts are in Saudi Riyals.
Do you import wholesale for business owners?+
Yes, we serve both individuals and business owners. Wholesale orders receive special attention and better pricing — WhatsApp us directly to discuss details.
Is there a minimum order value?+
The minimum is 300 SAR for the product alone (before shipping and service fees). Items below this amount are generally not economical after adding shipping costs.
